For 30 years, the Houston East End Chamber has served the business community, helping members and the community to make impactful connections by partnering together for the betterment of all.
As President of the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce, I am grateful to work with our board, volunteers, community leaders and staff to advance the East End region by educating, energizing, and connecting a diverse group of leaders.
The Houston East End Chamber of Commerce represents both a historical community-based legacy and a bright future with our member businesses leading the way.
I grew up in and still live in the East End and love the saying that the East End is a small hometown within a grand city. I must admit, one of my favorite things about the East End is not having to drive outside our neighborhood unless we want to and the opportunity to support the local family-owned businesses that have been here since I was a child. I am always excited to see new businesses come into our area and am passionate about supporting them in their growth as well.
I want to thank our valued Chamber members for their continued partnership. Our active members constantly share how invaluable they find the ROI of their membership and corporate sponsorships.
To help our member businesses, our Chamber team provides a variety of networking, advertising, educational, and social opportunities over the course of the calendar year. We also support collaborative efforts with the other local Chambers and area organizations in the East End region that provide additional opportunities for our members to initiate or build business relationships. Our Chamber team encourages all members and residents to bring forward new ideas on how we can best serve each other to improve both our community and our Chamber of Commerce.
As we venture into 2024, we are thrilled to bring you another great year of new programming and further educational opportunities! As the landscape of the East End changes with the many new developments and businesses opening, I invite you to join the East End Movement and let us help find opportunities that can lead to business growth. In 2024 I encourage you, if you are not a member of our Chamber, to join, and if you are a member, I challenge you to become more engaged and help make this year a year of impact.
I am honored to continue to serve as President and fulfilling the Houston East End Chamber mission of connecting businesses and promoting economic expansion and prosperity in the East End. You are the foundation of the community and together we will continue to make it the best place to be!
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me if you would like to connect to learn more about how you and your company representatives can continue building your networks of success through the Chamber; frances@eecoc.org.
I look forward to seeing as many of you as possible over this next year at one of our upcoming events!
